School of Tutors
The School of Tutors is our new development programme which is entirerly carried out in English! Participants will be able to learn tutoring while practicing English to use new skills to work in an international setting.
The School of Tutors is a distinctive 64-hour professional development programme designed for educators. Delivered entirely in English, the program results in the award of the Level I Tutor Certificate. The programme offers an opportunity to renew the tutor–tutee relationship, effectively develop students’ talents and potential, and enhance the prestige of the institution.
We teach how to successfully conduct tutoring with pupils and university students, as well as how to implement tutoring effectively within an educational environment. The programme is particularly dedicated to teachers and academic lecturers who work individually with pupils or students, or who intend to introduce such practice.
What is tutoring?
Tutoring is a distinctive method of working with children, adolescents, and university students, used by leading and most innovative educational institutions worldwide that achieve outstanding academic and formative results.
It inspires both students and teachers (tutors), enhancing professional and personal prestige. Tutoring builds and develops the master–student relationship and raises the status of an institution by offering an individualized approach to the needs, predispositions, and talents of each learner.
Who is School of Tutors for?
The School of Tutors is designed primarily for academic lecturers, teachers, educators, and all those passionate about personalized education. English edition of this course will be also beneficial for everyone working with international students, ERASMUS students, and carrying our NAWA projects. The programme is also ideal for non-Polish-speaking educators and teachers who want to become tutors.
However, the knowledge and skills acquired during the course are applicable in many other areas of life, making participation a valuable experience even for those not directly involved in education.

School of Tutors – Program Schedule
The program consists of four sessions:
Session 1 (online): 14–15 November 2026 (9:00–15:30)
Session 2 (online): 05–06 December 2026 (9:00–15:30)
Session 3 (online): 19–20 December 2026 (9:00–15:30)
Session 4 (online): 16–17 January 2027 (9:00–15:30)
All you need to participate is a device equipped with a camera and microphone, along with a stable internet connection.
Tuition Fee
The fee for the School of Tutors is PLN 4,350 and includes:
